Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of a Camp Attendant include, but are not limited to:

• General cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing within cleaning.
• Making beds and changing sheets as per the schedule.
• Cleaning washers, dryers and laundry room, including the areas behind machines and removing lint from dryer after every cycle.
• Sanitizing washrooms including shower stalls, shower mats, sinks, toilets, and floor after each shifts change.
• Report any damage, theft and abandoned articles to the Supervisor.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures by following company safe work practices and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in housekeeping.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects away weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Union membership required within 30-45 calendar days.
• CSTS Certification.
• OSSA, OR CSO, OR BSO Certification is an asset.
• WHMIS 2015.
